According to Webster's dictionary, a gem is anything prized for its beauty and value especially if small and perfect of its kind.

The Gems I make are created from copper and sterling silver wire using a lace technique traditionally used with textiles. As still pieces, the Gems are interesting and unique. In motion, the array of lines, light, and reflection, make these Gems a unique visual sensory experience.

Each Gem varies in size and are approximately three inches in width by 2 12 inches in height. Because they are made by hand, no two are exactly the same.

A motorized pedestal is included with each Gem.
